The Ultimate Guide to Brows and Lashes: Reveal Your Natural Beauty

If there are two things every client asks about right now, it’s eyebrows and eyelashes. Should you go bold? Should you leave them alone? What’s the difference between a cluster and an individual lash?

Step 1: The Celebrity Brow Kit

I’ve used this kit for years because it gives you that polished, highlighted look without looking like a "monster" or someone heading to the club at 10 AM [00:42].

The Power of Powder over Pencil: I always prefer a powder over a pencil. Why? Because a pencil can be harsh and hard to manipulate [02:17]. A powder gives you a soft, natural finish that allows you to create lines, checkmarks, or fill in holes with ease [02:32].

Finding Your Shade: The LAMIK Brow Powder comes in four shades:

  • North Side: A true matte black for very dark hair [01:51].

  • South Side: Our most popular true brown, perfect for brunettes and medium skin tones [02:38].

  • West Side: A warm red-brown for redheads or those with warm highlights [03:29].

  • East Side: A light blonde-brown—I use this to blend my dark hair when I have blonde highlights! [03:14].

Step 2: The Brightening Highlight

Once you fill, you must highlight. We have five shades of Brightening Cream (K30 to K34) to match every skin tone from porcelain to chocolate [04:14].

  • JT’s Mix: I personally use K33 (my skin tone) for a subtle look and K34 (slightly darker) when I want a natural finish where you can’t even tell I’m wearing product [05:05].

Step 3: Lash Extensions Demystified

There is a lot of confusion about "clusters," "singles," and "strips." Here is the truth: they are all lash extensions [06:51]. At LAMIK, we manufacture our own 100% human hair lashes that are incredibly soft [07:05].
