Step 1: The Foundation of Skincare

Before any makeup, you must prep the canvas. Helen learned the essential three-step routine: Cleanse, Tone, and Moisturize [00:44].

JT’s Cleansing Tip: Avoid using body soap on your face because it can be too alkaline. Instead, look for a dedicated facial cleanser that helps restore your skin's natural balance [01:05].
Hydration is Key: When Helen mentioned under-eye bags, JT reminded her that while genetics play a role, staying hydrated is one of the best ways to keep skin looking fresh and plump [10:54].

Step 2: Sculpting the Windows to the Soul

Helen was worried about gray hairs in her brows, but JT showed her how easy it is to cover them while creating a youthful shape.

The Brow Reveal: Use brow powder in small, hair-like strokes rather than solid lines to fill in gaps and cover gray [02:11].
The Sculpture: Use sculpting cream to clean up the edges and highlight the arch. This "opens up" the eyes and makes the brows look symmetrical [03:19].
The Eyes: Apply a light, shimmering shadow all over the lid to brighten the area, and use the same brow powder in the crease to add depth [05:33, 06:06].

Step 3: Defining the Eyes Naturally

You don't need false lashes to make your eyes the center of attention.

Soft Eyeliner: Use a soft black shadow and a brow brush to line the upper and lower lash lines. This is much softer and more natural-looking than a harsh pencil [07:32].
The Mascara Lift: Apply mascara by looking down towards the ground to get the best coverage. Don't forget a little on the bottom lashes to really make them stand out [08:29, 09:17].
