The Secret to the Perfect Wig: How to Take Your Custom Measurements

When it comes to wigs, one size definitely does not fit all. A custom wig from Love Your Beauty NHB is designed to fit your unique head shape, ensuring it’s comfortable, secure, and—most importantly—flawless [00:24].

To get started, all you need is a flexible tape measure or a piece of string and a marker. Here are the five key measurements you need to send my way:

1. The Circumference

This is the most critical measurement. Wrap your string or tape measure all the way around your head, following your hairline. Mark the string or note the measurement to see how long it is [00:29].

2. Ear to Ear

Next, measure from the top of one ear, across the top of your head, to the top of the other ear [00:36].

3. Front to Back

Place your tape measure at the center of your front hairline and pull it directly back over the top of your head to the nape of your neck [00:43].

4. Temple to Temple

Measure across the back of your head from one temple to the other [00:52].

5. The Nape of Your Neck

Finally, measure the width of your hairline at the back of your neck [00:59].
