If you have brown eyes and you’re looking for a way to make them pop, I have one word for you: Teal. Teal is the perfect "power color" for brown eyes because the cool blue-green tones contrast beautifully with the warm amber and chocolate tones in your eyes. Ready to try it? Follow my step-by-step guide to achieving this high-fashion, clean look.

Step 1: The Frame (Brows)

Start by filling in your brows with a shade that matches your hair tone. To get that "crisp" look, use your natural-color concealer to clean up the edges. Finish by highlighting the brow bone with a Pearl White Highlighter to lift the entire face.

Step 2: The Canvas (Eye Prep)

Base your eyelids with your skin-tone concealer to ensure the colors stay vibrant all day. Apply a light white eye-shadow all over the lid. Then, take a little light brown shadow on an angled brush and blend from your crease up toward the brow bone. This creates a soft transition for the teal!

Step 3: The Pop (Teal Liner)

This is where the magic happens! Line your top and bottom lash lines with a Deep Teal Pencil.

JT’s Pro-Tip: If you don’t have a pencil, you can use a Teal Powder applied with a Flat Eyeliner Brush. It gives the same stunning effect!

Step 4: The Flutter (Lashes)

Apply a natural strip lash or a few coats of black mascara. We want the lashes to be visible, but not so heavy that they hide that gorgeous teal line.

Step 5: The Reset (Skin Prep)

Before you do your face, make sure to clean under your eyes with toner to catch any "fallout" from the shadow. Reapply your moisturizer so your foundation goes on smooth! Then, apply your LAMIK Custom Blend Foundation and set with powder.

Step 6: The Sculpt (Cheeks)

Apply a soft orange-brown blush to your cheekbones for a healthy glow. Then, use your contour brush to sweep a light matte brown under your cheekbones to define your structure.

Step 7: The Finish (Lips)

Keep the lips simple so your eyes can do the talking. Outline your lips with a natural brown liner and fill them in with a nude lip color.
