Step-by-Step Eye Tutorial

Define Your Angle: Use a ruler to draw a very light, angled line from the end of your eyebrow to about two fingers from your hairline. This will be your guide for a sharp, graphic look.
Prep the Lids: Base your eyelids with a concealer to create a smooth, blank canvas for the shadows.
Bold Brows: Draw your brows with a true black color. Focus on making them very thick and full with a high, dramatic arch to frame your eyes.
Deep Black Liner: Line the inside of your top eyelid with a deep black liner. Continue this same line under your eyes to create an intense, smoldering effect.
The Dramatic Wing: Use the ruler as a guide to draw a line from the outer corner of your eye, extending it to meet the light line you drew in the first step. Next, draw another short line at a 30-degree angle upward from the end of the previous line.
Add a Glimmer of Gold: Fill the small triangular shape created by your lines with a little gold highlight for a pop of metallic contrast.
