Reclaim Your Glow
We spend so much time looking in the mirror and finding things we wish we could change. We get so caught up in the "fixing" that we don't take the time to really know our own beauty.
The next time you find yourself feeling down about your reflection, I want you to stop and take some time for yourself. For me, "me-time" means a long, hot bath and a full at-home facial. It’s not just about the skin; it’s about the soul.

The Setup: Bath & Bliss
I started my day of empowerment by running a hot bath. I added LUSH Rose Jam Bubbleroon, which is loaded with rose oil and shea butter. It makes the water feel silky and smells like a dream! I also tossed in some Epsom salts to soothe my muscles while the steam started opening up my pores.
The Facial: Cleanse & Hydrate
While the tub was filling, I started my 4-step facial routine:
Cleanse: I used my LAMIK Cleanser to get a fresh, clean base.
Exfoliate: I used a Charcoal Sea Salt Facial Scrub. Pro-Tip: This can be harsh, so I only use this deep scrub once a month. For regular maintenance, use a gentle exfoliator every 3–7 days.
Mask: I applied a deep hydrating mask to boost the moisture in my skin.
The Soak: I put on a short film and just soaked for 15 minutes. Pure bliss!
The Body: Polish & Condition
After soaking, I cleaned my body with LUSH Rose Jam Shower Gel and followed up with Pop Rock Sea Salt Body Scrub. Once I rinsed the scrub away, I applied a Body Conditioner all over and did one final rinse. My skin felt like butter!
The Finish: Tone & Protect
After drying off, I used LAMIK Toner to make sure every trace of the mask was gone and my pH was balanced. I finished with LAMIK Balancing Moisturizer to lock in that glow.
The Result: The "Empowered" Natural Look
To complete my day, I did a very simple, natural makeup look. When you feel good on the inside, you don't need much on the outside!
Brows: LAMIK Brow Kit
Face: LAMIK True Mineral Powder
Lips: A soft NUDE lipstick
Fuel Your Body
You can't have personal empowerment on an empty stomach! I made a fresh Fish and Shrimp Salad with a Raspberry dressing. It was light, healthy, and the perfect end to my spa day.
