Snack, Snack, Snack!!!
Did you know that eating more often can actually help you stay healthy and manage your weight? It sounds counterproductive, but if you eat 5 smaller meals a day, you keep your metabolism firing and your blood sugar stable.
The secret to making this work? Healthy Snacking. When you snack with intention, you avoid the "sugar crashes" that lead to overeating later. Since diabetes prevention is close to my heart, I’ve learned exactly what to grab and—more importantly—what to avoid.
The "Stay Away" List
To keep your skin glowing and your energy high for your day, try to limit or cut out these beauty-drainers:
Carbonated Drinks: These often lead to bloating and unnecessary sugar spikes.
Refined Sugars: The enemy of stable energy!
Artificial & Processed Foods: If it’s made in a lab, your body has to work twice as hard to process it. Stick to real food!

Bake Your Veggies: Don't like raw veggies? Season your favorite vegetables and bake them until they are crispy. It satisfies that "crunch" craving perfectly.
Portion Control: "Bag out" the right serving sizes in advance. Having a quick grab-and-go baggie prevents you from eating the whole box!
Mix It Up: Don't get bored. Try new foods and mix your favorites in new ways (like adding fruit to your nuts or spices to your popcorn).
The Water First Rule: Before you reach for a snack, drink a glass of water. Often, our bodies mistake thirst for hunger. Plus, it keeps your skin hydrated!
Beauty from the Inside Out
When you feed your body well, it shows on your face. You’ll notice clearer skin, brighter eyes, and more energy to get through your workday and your workout.
