Why You Should Be Brave with Your Plate
In the makeup studio, I’m always telling you: "Don't be afraid to try a new color!" Well, today I’m giving you that same advice for your kitchen.
How many times have we skipped a dish because it looked "different" or we weren't sure how it would taste? I used to do the same thing! But lately, I’ve been challenging myself to try new foods, and I’ve ended up falling in love with flavors I never expected. Now, I’m challenging you to do the same. Exploring new healthy foods is the best way to keep your body (and your skin!) feeling amazing.
JT’s Current Obsession: The Pineapple Chicken Salad
If you want a meal that feels like a tropical vacation but keeps you on track with your health goals, you have to try this. It’s the perfect mix of sweet, savory, and protein-packed.
The Ingredients:
2 Handfuls of Green Leaf Lettuce: (Always start with a fresh, leafy base!)
1-2oz of Grilled Chicken: (Perfect for lean energy.)
1/2 cup of Low-Fat Cheese: (For that savory kick without the extra heavy fats.)
1 cup of Fresh Pineapples: (The secret ingredient! Pineapple is great for digestion and adds that "pop" of sweetness.)
1 Boiled Egg: (For extra protein to keep you full longer.)
Why This Works for Your Beauty
Pineapple is loaded with Vitamin C and antioxidants, which are essential for collagen production and glowing skin. When you eat well, your foundation has a much better "canvas" to sit on!

JT’s Foodie Tip
"Just like trying a teal eyeliner for the first time, trying a new recipe can be intimidating. But once you take that first bite, you might find a new favorite. Be bold, be brave, and feed your inner queen!"
