My beauty journey wasn't just about makeup; it was about knowing my worth. I’ll never forget my time at Dillard’s—I loved the hustle, the products, and the people. But after training two different managers to do a job I knew I was qualified for, I realized I couldn't wait for someone else to give me a seat at the table.

I took a leap and left to manage a nail salon. It was a huge learning experience that taught me a whole new set of skills and gave me the business mindset I have today. That move was my first step toward manifesting the life I wanted.

Get the Look: A Step-by-Step Guide Ready to recreate this stunning makeup look? Here’s a breakdown of the products and techniques we used. Step 1: Brows For a clean, defined brow, we used the LAMIK Revelation Brow Duo . I applied the dark brown powder and then sculpted the brows with thefor a finished look.
