Get the Look: The Green Smokey Eye

Looking for a bold, unexpected way to rock a smoky eye? Forget the classic black or gray—green is a fantastic color to create a dramatic and stunning look that will make your eyes pop.

For this tutorial, we're using some of our favorite green shades: Yacht Party, Mula, Night Light, Jolly Mood, and Awkward. The look you see on model Kim Bady features our LAMIK Yacht Party Eye Décor, perfectly highlighted with LAMIK Brighter Day eye décor under her brow arch.

These LAMIK Color are no longer in the market. I have linked to colors I would use instead. All colors are talc free, vegan and paraben free

Follow these steps to get the look!

Step 1: Brows

Begin with a well-defined brow. Use the LAMIK Brow Kit to fill in and shape your brows, creating a polished frame for your eyes.

Step 2: Eyes

Apply a generous amount of Deep Blue Green eye décor all over your eyelid. Next, use a Fluffy Brush to blend a Bright Pastel Yellow eye décor into your eye crease, softening the edges and creating a smooth transition. Don't forget to highlight the brow arch.

Step 3: Liner

Line your top lash line with a sharp, clean line of Black Liquid Eyeliner. On the bottom, use a Sparkly Black Eyeliner to add a touch of shimmer and complete the smoky effect.

Step 4: Lashes

To give the eyes a full, glamorous look, apply Strip Lashes. Make sure to blend them in with your natural lashes for a seamless finish.

Step 5: Face

Start with your base. Use a Concealer to cover any dark spots. Next, apply a Full-Coverage Foundation all over your face. Finish by setting your foundation with a light dusting of Powder.

Step 6: Cheeks

Apply an Orange Shine Blush to your cheekbones for a luminous, healthy glow. For contour, use a Deep Brown Orange Contour Blush just under your cheekbones to sculpt and define your face.

Step 7: Lips

Line your lips with a Chestnut Lip Liner to create a clean, precise outline. Fill in your lips with True Brown Lipstick and finish with a coat of Glow Gloss for a stunning, high-shine finish.

Rice Bran Wax

Oriza Sativa (Rice Bran) Wax is a natural vegetable wax extracted from the bran oil of rice. As a hard, plant-based wax, it's a popular and effective alternative to animal waxes like beeswax, offering a variety of benefits to your favorite beauty products.

How It's Used in Beauty Products

As a Thickener: Rice bran wax is an excellent thickening and solidifying agent. It helps to give products like lip balms, lipsticks, and stick foundations their shape and firm consistency, preventing them from melting or becoming too soft.
Emollient & Moisturizer: It has emollient properties that help to soften and smooth the skin. When applied, it forms a protective barrier that locks in moisture, leaving the skin feeling hydrated and conditioned without a heavy or greasy feel.
Increases Longevity: Due to its high melting point, this wax is a great ingredient for creating long-lasting formulas. It helps to stabilize a product’s texture and improves its staying power, ensuring your makeup remains flawless for longer.
