After years of attending high-profile events, I’ve perfected my "Pre-Event Ritual." Here is the checklist I use to make sure I’m ready for any room I walk into.

🧳Event Survival Kit

1. The "Photo Ready" Complexion Events mean cameras and flash photography. You don't want a "ghostly" flashback or a greasy forehead.

The Essential: True Mineral Powder. Keep it in your clutch for a 2-second touch-up before you take that group selfie.

2. The Conversation Starter (Your Lips!) When you’re talking to new people, they are looking at your smile.

The Essential: A bold LAMIK Lip Color. It’s the easiest way to get someone to ask, "I love that color, what is it?"—boom, you’re networking!
