Have you ever seen a lipstick look amazing on a friend, but when you try it on, it looks "off"? That is all about undertones! To Love Your Beauty, you have to understand the science behind your skin.

Step 1: Find Your Undertone

The easiest way to find your undertone is to look at the veins on your wrist:

  • Cool (Pink/Blue): Your veins look blue or purple. You look best in silver jewelry.

  • Warm (Yellow/Golden): Your veins look green. You look best in gold jewelry.

  • Neutral: Your veins are a mix of blue and green. You look great in everything!

Step 2: Match Your Shade

Once you know your undertone, shopping becomes a breeze. Here is my "cheat sheet" for picking the right lip colors.

For Cool Undertones (The "Blue-Base" Beauties)

You want colors with blue or purple bases. These will make your teeth look whiter and your skin look vibrant.

  • Try: Deep berries, plums, and "cool" reds.
