Being an influential woman starts with small, intentional acts. I challenge you to join me this week in shifting our focus outward to the women in our community. You don’t need a stage to lead; you just need a heart for others.

Day 1: The "Mirror" Affirmation

We spend so much time looking for what’s "wrong" in the mirror. Today, tell a woman in your life—a friend, a coworker, or your mom—something beautiful you see in her that has nothing to do with her appearance. Tell her about her strength, her humor, or her resilience.

Day 2: The "Check-In" Beauty Date

Today, send a "just because" text to a friend you haven't spoken to in a while. No agenda—just a check-in to see how her heart is doing.

Day 3: Share the Secret

Did you find a product that makes you feel like a million bucks? Or a life hack that saves you 10 minutes in the morning? Share it! Empowerment is about giving away the tools that helped you succeed. Tag a friend in a post or send a quick tip to a "Mommy-to-be" who might be feeling overwhelmed.

Day 4: Support a Sister

Influence also means supporting the dreams of others. Today, intentionally support a woman-owned business. Whether it’s buying a coffee, leaving a positive 5-star review online, or sharing a link to their service, your support is the fuel that keeps another woman’s dream alive.

Day 5: The Self-Reveal

You cannot pour from an empty cup. To empower others, you must first empower yourself. Take 15 minutes today for your own "Beauty Reveal." Whether it’s a full contour session or just a quiet moment with your coffee, acknowledge the influential woman you are becoming.
