When we talk about having "hope for your future," we aren't just talking about your dreams—we are talking about your health. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: What you put inside your body reflects on the outside.

I had the joy of doing a client's makeup, and her spirit was just as radiant as her skin. As I worked on her Reveal, she shared her journey of getting her body and health back on track after having kids. Her secret? Healthy eating. She didn't just hope for her body to bounce back; she made a plan to nourish it.

🥗"Skin-Power" Zucchini Salad

This is one of my favorite dishes to promote healthy, elastic, and glowing skin. It’s packed with greens that fight inflammation and healthy fats that keep your skin supple.

Ingredients:

1 Peeled Zucchini (shredded or sliced thin)
Fresh Whole Spinach
The Flavor: Salt, Basil, Parsley, Oregano, Chives, and Pepper
Onion (thinly sliced)
The Glow Factor: Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Walnuts (for those Omega-3s!)

Instructions: Mix everything together in a large bowl. Let the herbs and oil marinate the zucchini for a few minutes before serving. Your skin will thank you!
