In December 2007, I made one of the hardest decisions of my life. I packed up my things after graduating from Paul Mitchell The School Austin and moved back to Houston. When people asked me what my plan was, I didn't have a corporate strategy—I just had a mission. I told them: "I am moving to Houston to become the best makeup artist I can possibly be."
