💖 Bold & Beautiful: The Pink and Red "Reveal"

I recently had a client come in with a very specific request: she wanted a look that featured both pink and red. She wanted to stand out and be vibrant, but she didn’t want the makeup to overpower her natural essence.

The secret to wearing bold colors is all in the balance. By anchoring these fiery tones with a strong brow and a clean complexion, the result isn't "too much"—it’s just right. Remember, you can use these exact steps with any of your favorite colors to create a custom look that is uniquely you!

🎨 The Step-by-Step Color Pop

Step 1: The Frame. We started with a fresh brow wax using LAMIK Cream Wax, then filled them in with the LAMIK Brow Kit (Southside/K33). We highlighted under the arch with Brighten Cream for a crisp, lifted look.

Step 2: The Eyes. * Base: We prepped the lid with Brighten Cream to make the colors grab and pop.

Color: We applied Shine On to the lid and worked Apple Paint (that gorgeous red!) into the crease.
Highlight: We finished the eye by highlighting under the brow bone with Dewy Eye Décor.

Step 3: The Liner. Using the Duet Brow Brush, we lined the top and bottom with Dazzle Black for a soft yet high-definition finish.

Step 4: The Lashes. We applied a set of Thick Extra Long Flare Lashes (it's okay if they touch your brows—own your look!) and blended them with Magic Wand Mascara. We finished the lower lash line with Sandy Beaches for a soft, sandy glow.

Step 5: The Face. We covered spots with Brighten Cream, applied Full Coverage Foundation, and set everything with True Mineral Powder using a Kabuki brush for that "airbrushed" effect.

Step 6: The Cheeks. To get that "glow from within," we used Brighter Day as a highlight on the cheekbones and I-285 Contour Blush on the apples.

Step 7: The Lips. After basing the lips with Brighten Cream (another pro-secret!), we lined them with Maple and applied Romantic Pink Lipstick. It is truly a universal shade for every skin tone!
