Here is how to choose your perfect shade based on your unique complexion:

Fair to Light Skin Tones | Mint or Sage: Soft, pastel greens provide a beautiful contrast without overwhelming a lighter complexion. It looks fresh, airy, and youthful.
- Tip: Use a silver-based highlight in the inner corner to keep the look crisp.
Medium to Olive Skin Tones | Emerald or Forest: Olive skin has natural golden and green undertones. Jewel tones like Emerald enhance that warmth and make the eyes look incredibly vibrant.
- Tip: This is where Ostrich Green really shines! Pair it with a gold-toned bronzer for a Mediterranean glow.
Deep to Rich Skin Tones | Teal, Jade, or Neon: High-pigment greens look stunning against deeper skin tones. A bright Teal or deep Jade creates a "regal" look that is both modern and timeless.
- Tip: Don't be afraid of the Neon pop! A bright green liner on the lower lash line is a sophisticated way to wear bold color, even at the office.

🎨 The "Green Rules" for a Professional Finish

Whatever shade you choose, remember these two rules to keep your look polished:

Neutralize the Red: Green and red are opposites on the color wheel. If you have redness in your skin, use your Sculpting Cream to even out your skin tone first; otherwise, the green makeup will actually make the redness more prominent.
Brown is Your Best Friend: If the green feels too bold, blend the edges with a matte brown shadow or your True Mineral Powder. This "grounds" the look and makes it more wearable for everyday.

Get the Look: The "Easy Green" Eye

This look works beautifully with brown eyes or when you are wearing neutral-colored outfits. Follow these steps to master the green reveal:

Step 1 | Brows: Use the Duet Brow Brush to fill brows lightly with your Purdy Brow Define Powder. Follow with Brighten Crème (one shade lighter than your skin) to highlight the brow bone.
Step 2 | Eyes: Base the lids with Brighten Crème. Using your Eye Décor Brush, apply Ostrich Green Eye Décor to the entire eyelid.
Step 3 | Liner: Line the upper lid with Onyx Liquid Liner. Line the lower lid with Ostrich Green Eye Décor using your Duet Brow Brush for a cohesive pop.
Step 4 | Lashes: Finish with a strip lash and/or LAMIK Show Out mascara.
Step 5 | Face: Apply Brighten Crème under the eyes and over dark spots. Follow with Custom Blend Full Coverage Foundation and set with True Mineral Powder all over.
Step 6 | Cheeks: Contour the cheekbones with I-285 Contour Blush.
Step 7 | Lips: Lightly outline with Maple Lip Liner. Fill with Speechless Lipstick, then layer Status Red over the top for a custom finish.
