Creating the "LAMIK Look" for the Whole Party

There is nothing quite like the energy of a wedding day! I had the absolute joy of doing wedding makeup for one of my favorite clients. She had a specific vision: she didn’t just want her own makeup done; she wanted her entire bridal party to LOOK LAMIK.

On your wedding day, you don't want to leave anything to chance—especially not your look or the look of your bridesmaids. This is why I always tell brides: Book a beauty expert. I highly recommend doing a trial run or booking an artist who already knows your face and your style. A great makeup artist isn’t there to showcase their own skills; they are there to create a look that pleases the client and makes them feel like the best version of themselves.

A white eye décor is a classic, stunning choice for a bride in a white dress. To keep it natural and not "overdone," I apply it to the lid and blend a darker color into the crease for depth.

Get the Look: 7 Steps to Timeless Wedding Beauty

I used these exact steps to give the entire bridal party a cohesive, glowing, and timeless look.

Step 1: The Frame (Brows) – Fill in your brows using a brow powder that matches your hair color. Highlight the arch with a skin-tone Sculpting Cream for a clean, lifted look.
Step 2: The Eyes – Base your lid with Sculpting Cream. Apply Beige White (light shimmer) Eye Décor to the lid. Using the same brush, blend Dark Brown with Sparkles Eye Décor into the crease.
Step 3: The Liner – Use your Duo Brow Brush with Black with Sparkles Eye Décor to line both the top and bottom lash lines.
Step 4: The Lashes – Apply strip lashes and blend them perfectly with your natural lashes using Show Out Mascara.
Step 5: The Base (Face) – Cover any dark spots with Sculpting Cream. Apply a custom-blend Full Coverage Foundation with a foundation brush. Set everything with True Mineral Powder using a Kabuki brush for a photo-ready finish.
Step 6: The Glow (Cheeks) –
- Contour: Apply Brown Red Contour Blush under the cheekbone.
- Highlight: Apply Light Golden Metallic Eye Décor to the top of the cheekbones.
- Color: Apply Rose Contour Blush to the apples of the cheeks.
Step 7: The Statement (Lips) – Base the lips with Brighten Cream. Line with Maple Lip Liner and apply True Red Lipstick to the center for a classic bridal pop.
